DUMBBELL CO., LTD. was founded as the sole and separation manufacturer domestically to manufacture a standard specimen in this field, i.e., high polymer materials/physical test.

We have developed and designed Super Dumbbell ® as well as many other original products and have also supplied them not only in domestic, but to wide markets in abroad.
We have many patents in Japan and several countries in overseas for Super Dumbbell ® , Forming Mold and various Cutting Equipment.

All Super Dumbbell ® are made in Japan.

February,1978 Established and started the manufacturing and selling specially for the lines of physical testing machines and related jigs.
August,1978 Developed new product, Super Dumbbell ® and sent this product into market.
For sampling method of a standard specimen in this field by this product, big sensation and highreputation were given to this
product from many users both in domestic and abroad. As the result,its delivery results were acceleratory expanded
and it occupied the share of 75%.
October,1981 Jointly developed many automatic sampling equipment, etc. with Technical Center of Bridgestone Co., Ltd. and also jointly
filed some patents with them.
May,1991 Finalized agency agreement with O.D.I. (who has footholds in Canada and U.S.A. and is called as the most strongest
manufacturer in the world in this field) for the sales in Canada, U.S.A. and European markets.
January,1993 Jointly developed vulcanized mold of rubber sheet for test specimen with Hiratsuka Plant of The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd.
1993-1998 Finalized agency agreements with the companies located in Korea, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.
May,1994 Jointly developed tablet forming machine for resin test with Gunma Plant of Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.
January,2000 Finalized agency agreement with Richard Hess MBV GmbH (who is a manufacturer specializing in this field having footholds
in Germany, Holland, Austria and Switzerland) for the sales in these limited markets.
