PLASTIC MULTIPURPOSE TEST SPECIMENS JISK-7139 ISO-3167
As the length of narrow parallel portion of A shaped multipurpose test specimens, which is directly formed by an injection molding machine stipulated by
the standard, is 80+/-2mm, a test specimen which is suitable for various
tests can be manufactured by cutting.
In the past, it was neccssary to prepare various test specimen according to
each test, but the specimen was unified by this multipurpose test specimens.
Basing on this standard, this cutting machine was developed as the rational
cutting machine combining our original product, Super Dumbbell Cutter (Blade Change System), and technique as well as ideas of Idemitsu Petro Chemical
Co.,Ltd.

- @ Due to compact design, this cutting machine can be installed at near the ejection of the forming machine and
can cut instantaneously at the place
- A Any pre-treatments (e.g., cut sprue and runner) are not necessary at all.
- B As there is not a burr, etc. on the cut surface, this machine can cut nearly vertically and obtain the specimen in very good condition.
- ‘ How to operate
- @ Set 1A test piece molded by injection on a movable table.
- A Set position of a test piece shall be from the front considering safety and operation.
- B After moved smoothly to the cutting position by the movable table from the front, the cutting operation can be finished by lowering a lever only.
