29/December/2k4 It has been snowing since the middle of the night. I'll do my anting as usual next year too  with my favorite tackles.

20/November/2k4 Pottery figurine Yume and I went to the pottery class of "Fujino art-house" in the middle of September. Yume could receive her ceramic work which had been burnt without failure in a kiln of that art-house. She made two snails, a ladybird(ladybug) on a leaf of a cat. I think that a cat might be herself.

24/October/2k4 I went fishing to Youzawa stream. To keep hooked yamame is prohibited in Youzawa stream in October. (No fishing here from November to next February.) Autumn yamame were so beautiful that  I released them after taking photos as soon as I could. fly on the center of upper lip is my original ant The ant tightly hooked on this position never get out of it even if the tippet is loosened in the fight.

10/October/2K4 Ferrari won the Japan F1 GP today and Geppetto-san, my elder brother sent an e-mail to me "WE ARE PROUD OF THIS CAR MADE IN MODENA !" He lives in Modena Italy. please move your mouse pointer onto below pic. Congratulations!

20/September/2k4 I caught a cold last Friday night and my temperature became normal somehow today. I got three e-mails from the world last week. One is from South Africa David-san and his wife Ebeth-san are in South Africa. Clivia flower is called as "Kunshi-Ran" in Japan. (please move your mouse pointer onto above photo) Another one is from Italy Geppetto-san, my elder brother was invited to narrate our friendship in public at the Festival of Philosophy in Modena on last Saturday. Last one is from Chile The sender is Mr. Sebastian Letelier I introduce his wonderful skills.

22~23/August/2k4 family trip to Kamikochi It is said Kamikochi is the land where the God, Hotaka-no-Kami descended upon. We played with mandarin ducks and brown trout near Myojinike-pond There were many brown trout here and there in the pond. I turned over some stones of the waterside of the pond. As many mayfly-nymphs were crawling on them, I flipped the nymph one by one toward a brown trout. A brown trout found out it and bit it slowly. Some mandarin ducks got together soon. Fishing is prohibited here but I fished some big brown trout by imaginary nymph-fishing. Brown trout are never frightened away by ducks

04/August/2k4 Yume's work I gave her a plain Kaba zippo equipped a Ziplight and she designed a dolphin on it. She is pleased with its design and she is polishing it everyday she will take it with her next camp of Kiyosato.

The hottest day today! A Celsius thermometer indicated 41 Centigrade outdoors.

11/July/2k4 (reported 18/July) a sunrise after thunderstorm of last night The trout of this lake seems well educated since 1/July, the day of opening season. I am satisfied with the result of only 3 rainbow trout, because I could spent a wonderful day with my friends  especially by the help of Mr.K & Mr.O. and also because my ant-fly was effective in Ohshiri-numa fishing too.

13/June/2k4 We had a walk at Kiyosato today. My ant hit a beautiful trout A young black kite has left the nest on the top of the tallest tree near Pine Lake I want nothing and I need nothing listening the music song " Jupiter" by Ayaka Hirahara This song is arranged from the classic "The Planets" by Holst All creature are made from a drop of water Human being and trout must be linked in the deepest cosmic dimension

29/April/2k4 Green Day The beginning of Golden Week It is a group of national holidays in Japan, from April 29 to May 5.

We had a trip to Kiyosato 17&18/April/2k4

I went fishing alone by train. Fuji-Kyuko-line has a vending machine of canned drink in the car In springtime, I felt at ease in a short trip by train. There are many spring signs in trees and flowers along the line.

13/March/2k4 We(Kumi, Yume and I)  had a walk to Kenichi's place finding signs of Spring on our way. Tiny Sumire (Violet) were coming out at a car park. We could not know the reason why these Sumire are out at such a place where are trampled under the wheeltyre. A parked car kept away from Sumire.

31/January/2k4 I received a small parcel from my Danish friend, Bjarne-san Two sets of slices were in it. These are sawed by Bjarne-san using Japanese saws. Japanese saw maker Kanzawa-san and I sent three saws to Bjarne-san last month. Bjarne-san tested to saw bamboo pole and cane. I was surprised with the beauty of these slices. The cut view is transparent! These are sawed only by Bjarne-san's hand, never machine-cut. transparent! a ring sawed by Takehiki-saw and all other slices of cane by Douzuki-saw just like a family crest (Ka-mon, in Japanese) Japanese people seldom use Ka-mon except for ceremonial occasions. Ka-mon is becoming kind of invisible ID or vague clue of the family, just like a stained glass! These are made by Bjarne-san He is making " Fries Rod", with just a mix of skilled hands and mind as well as a great love for bamboo. please never use or divert these photos without permission. 01/January/2k4 Big birthday present !!! I received an e-mail from Paolo-san yesterday. I knew my site was introduced in The French flyfishing magazine, Peche Mouche. And I also received 2 e-mails from France  just now, from Mr.Alain Dubus at first and Mr. Christian Marques. I say my great thanks to Paolo-san, Alain-san, Christian-san and to all.
